The patient is an 8 year old boy, pretty tall and lean, with pale skin. He looks older than he is. He is the only child in his family. He speaks very sophisticatedly and often corrects his mother. His speech shows his high intellect. He complains of encopresis, constipation and frequent acute respiratory viral infections.

The patient is 8 years old girl. She has finished 1st grade of school. She looks pretty toll and thin, her face is pale. She is shy and timid, being addressed, looks at her mum. Complaints are iron deficiency anemia and headaches.
